Yes, you must be a registered customer in order to refer friends to our site. This also ensures that you can track all your referrals and your rewards on your account page.
How can I share my referral code with my friends?
You provide a friend’s email address or share our site on Facebook or Twitter.
Your friends will get an email with a recommendation to shop on our site along with a $20 credit to apply towards their first purchase. If the referral was seen on Facebook or Twitter, then your friends will simply need to use the referral coupon code that was shared.
Once a friend makes their first purchase, you will receive a reward credit of $20 on your account to use towards your next purchase.
Is there a time limit for someone to use my referral?
Once your friend gets your referral, they have 30 days to complete a purchase in order for you to get your referral bonus.
How do I know I have received my reward credit for a referral?
Every time a friend you referred completes their first purchase, you will receive an email. Also, you can go to your account page and click the Referrals tab. Here we will show you all your current referrals and the total credit you have available.
How many friends can I refer?
As many as you’d like! Our referral program is uncapped. As long as each friend is new to Swiss Relief there is no limit! You will continue to earn a $20 reward plus 500 points for each valid referral you make who becomes a swissrelief.com customer. The more you refer, the more you will earn!
Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes there is a minimum of $75 purchase requirement for your referral to qualify for the $20 credit. There is however no minimum purchase requirement for you.
