1. You are entitled to a refund when the bottle has been returned with contents intact and unused. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days once we receive the item(s) back from the original customer. Refunds will be applied directly to the method that was used to make the purchase. Refunds are granted with the returned bottle, no questions asked. Items returned for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

4. All products/sales purchased during a Swiss Relief Special Promotion are FINAL, and are not subject to Swiss Relief’s standard refund/return policy. A Special Promotion is defined as any sale/promotion of product, below the currently advertised MSRP.
